Dining Zones

Seating as Spatial Composition

Dining zones are composed as landscape — banquette runs, freestanding tables, and corner banquettes create visual topography. We design seating vignettes showing chair silhouettes, table proportions, and linen colour intent without specifying commercial furniture SKUs.

Each vignette answers: where does the guest face, what do they see at eye level, and how does neighbouring table privacy feel?

Banquette Concepts

Built-in seating concepts explore cushion depth, back angle, and channel-tufting rhythm. Mediterranean dining favours generous banquette runs along perimeter walls — we offset them diagonally to break room symmetry.

Table Spacing Philosophy

Concept spacing prioritises acoustic comfort and visual calm over cover density. We annotate generous aisle widths and partial screens — planted dividers, slatted partitions, or pendant-defined zones — as design tools.

Private and Semi-Private Nooks

Many briefs request intimate dining pockets within larger floors. We concept-test alcove depth, curtain sheer options, and partial ceiling drops to create perceived enclosure without building full private rooms.

Dining zone studies from €1,950 EUR per floor plate.

Window and Perimeter Dining

Street-facing seats receive distinct concept treatment — glare mitigation, passerby screening, and vista framing. For Málaga locations, we study how Calle Larios-level windows mediate interior warmth against exterior movement.

Zone Handoff Package

Dining concepts conclude with plan overlays, elevation vignettes, and a seating typology matrix. Fit-out teams receive proportional guidance; we do not procure furniture or manage installation.
