Every engagement begins with a structured brief: site dimensions, target cuisine identity, budget band for eventual fit-out, and timeline expectations. We respond within five business days with a scope document and fixed EUR quotation.
Personal data collected during intake is processed per our GDPR privacy policy. No work begins without signed concept agreement.
For local projects, we visit the shell or storefront to photograph light conditions, measure proportional constraints, and document adjacent context. Remote clients supply floor plans, photos, and video walkthroughs.
Site immersion informs layout logic — never operational workflow mapping.
We present two or three distinct concept directions as mood boards and spatial sketches. Clients select a single fork for development. This prevents diluted compromise and maintains conceptual clarity.
Direction presentation typically occurs at week two of a standard six-week sprint.
Selected direction expands into zone-specific vignettes: bar, dining, terrace, arrival. Material palettes and lighting intent layers develop in parallel. Revision round one occurs at this stage.
Additional zones beyond scope are quoted as EUR add-ons before development.
Zone studies bind into a cohesive concept book with consistent proportional language and narrative script. Revision round two addresses integration feedback. Final documents receive print-ready formatting.
Typical deliverable: 40–80 page PDF concept book plus presentation deck.
We deliver final files via secure transfer, conduct a one-hour walkthrough call, and issue closing invoice in EUR. Post-handoff support is limited to clarification questions — not design development or site supervision.
