A useful brief specifies floor area, location, project stage (idea, leased shell, renovation), cuisine or brand identity, and approximate fit-out budget. We also ask for timeline pressure and which concept zones matter most — bar, dining, terrace, or full-floor.
We do not need menu details, staffing plans, or reservation system preferences. Our scope is spatial concept design only.
Bucheangol responds to complete briefs within five business days with a scope outline and EUR quotation. Incomplete submissions may receive a clarification request before quoting.

Compact bar concepts from €3,800. Standard multi-zone restaurant concepts from €6,500. Full hospitality concept books from €12,500. Final fees depend on complexity, revision rounds, and deliverable format — always confirmed in writing.
We are based at 47 Calle Larios, Málaga, and welcome projects across Andalusia. International clients may collaborate remotely; site visits outside Spain are quoted separately when required.
